I highly recommend the "World's Healthiest Foods" website (whfoods.org) for anyone who wants to learn more about the foods they eat (or should be eating). Many times when I find myself making unhealthy choices with my diet, I can motivate myself again to "get back on the nutrition wagon" by studying the site some more.
