I would like to put some sort of edging around my newly planted Chinese Pistache trees. I have used the metal edging before but I am not very happy with it. I have thought about having concrete "curbs" installed but don't know how that works out. Just want something that looks nice, is easy to mow around and keeps the bermuda grass out.

Does anyone have any better ideas? I would prefer to be able to install it myself.

Based on your name I suspect you live in Plano. I'm your neighbor in Murphy. I built a new house there and put in concrete curbing that I like very well. No way will there be a grass attack on my trees since the way they do it is pretty deep.

I'd be glad to give you my address or cost or info on the installer if you want to email me at: smichaelandsusan@comcast.net
