Every spring I have trouble getting my trombone sprayer started, presumably because the little rubber gasket has dried out. After lubricating it, it eventually held pressure and worked. However, last year I never succeeded. Now it's spring again, and I realize I should have used it "yesterday". Any suggestions? If I need to buy a new gasket, is Home Depot the most likely source? Thanks for any help!

If your trombone sprayer is anything like mine, any hardware store can replace the gaskets. Get a few extra, they don't cost much. I get this stuff called magic lube at the pool store that keeps a thin film of waterproof lubricant on the gasket.
