I live in Frisco, TX where we have the black clay soil. The community I live in was once a pasture and therefore has only small trees. I am looking to replace the front two "grub" trees in my front yard because I think they are ugly. I would appreciate any recommendations for the best shade tree recommendations that are preferrably fast growing. Any thoughts on red maples, shantung maples, red oaks, etc would be greatly appreciated. My yard is can handle 2 fairly large trees
