I have some left over Mardiplank siding from construction on a house. Can this stuff be used as siding for a raised bed?? or will I get some leaching from the concrete used to make it??? :)

Is this like Hardy board? Hardy board is a manmade product of cellulose and masonry, so it has got some wood fiber in it and masonry fiber. You really do not need any kind of border unless you want a contained situation. Just remember to mulch real well when you are finished planting.
