Our Live Oak has little tiny Yellow things on them, almost like a tiny cotton ball but some of them are clumping together. I scraped one off and inside or attached to the leaf was like 2 micro tiny pods. Does anybody know what this is? Lynette

They are harmless galls that occur on the majority of Oak species. Look at healthy older specimens, they are sure to have some present.
