 Post subject: Oleanders

A co-worker has planted an Oleander bush and now it's "out of hand," so to speak, in size. Is it ok to prune this plant, and if so, when is the best time to do so?

you can prune anytime. my frined also has one that grows into monster size and she chops on it all the time to keep it under control.
