Flocks of Robins in the Spring of 09 but this summer I haven't seen any Robins.

There is a lot of building and road construction in the area , could that affect the Robin population?

With all the rain in our area this year, we had an abundance of earth worms, there was plenty of food. Maybe spraying for west nile killed them.

Any answers??

All the construction could have encouraged the robins to find another location. Not likely that it decreased the actual population, the robins probably found a quieter location.

Spraying for West Nile could have had an effect but I have not heard of that causing a significant drop in robin populations. Most likely the robins are just in a different area this year.
