My back yard was overrun with this vine after Katrina-i live in la. if you chop it up the pieces take root. I have tried all the weedkillers soldin my market. I would like to find a recipe for something that would systemically kill this pest. It is also known as java grape, and is apparently affecting louisiana and texas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think there are any systemic organic weed killers. If you have tried all the chemical killers, including Brush-B-Gone, then the only organic option is repeated applications of vinegar on hot, sunny days.

Thank you for replying. Looks like vinegar stock is going to go up.
