Okay, another question for ya'll on this plant. First - added a ton of Hort. Cornmeal to the garden for these guys and they are finally starting to show some improvement and a lessening of the fungus. They have flowered and dropped all the flowers. Now what do I do? Do I pull off all the flower heads or leave them on there for leaf production. I don't want it to be too full and ripe for more fungus to move in and kill them.

Thanks
Nina

I ignore mine & the flowers eventually fall off & disappear, but my hawthornes never have had fungal problems.

If I had had fungus, I would probably at least try to pick up the fallen blossoms & other "plant trash" that land on the ground around the hawthornes.

Best luck!
