I have a small yard and have to plant tomatoes in the same spot every year. I hear that this is not a good thing to do as problems can result with white flys and the like. What can I do to the soil to help prevent this?
Thanks

Just good organic fertilizer, mulch, compost, and spray with liquid seaweed every two weeks should restore the area. If you have horn worms, be sure you leave all your wasp nests intact. The wasps will eat the horn worms.

Thanks David,

I live in Albuquerque, but am in Dallas a few times a year. I always make it a point to tune to the Dirt Doctor when ever I can, I sure enjoy the show and have learned a lot!

Just in case you didn't know, you can catch Mr. Garrett's weekend radio shows anywhere on the planet via the internet.

I am facing much the same question, does liquid seaweed work well with molasses, that's the typical thing I have been using with some success.

My main pest remains the birds, my organic fix this year. Cat Nip. 8)

They work great together. In fact, they are both part of the Garrett Juice recipe.

Most nurseries & feed stores in this area carry everything you need. Lowe's even has some organic supplies.

Ck the forum below for add. info.
