I've been wanting to plant 2-4 new trees since the fall. As you can tell by the subject line, I haven't done so yet.

I would like to plant 2-4 burr oaks or red oaks. Where is a good place to purchase these trees.

I would like to hear some personal experiences if possible.

Thanks,
VARock

I live in Van Alstyne, but work in Richardson. So, anywhere in that general area would be great!

Thanks...

If you want to drive a little farther, Metro Maples has a good selection of maples. Shantungs, Tridents, Big Tooths, and red maples like October Glory and Autumn blaze. We're in rural Tarrant County just south of I-20.
