I’m a little nervous:
Last time I checked the temp was at 3am, and it read 35 degrees Fahrenheit, and the dew point temp was 34. I know that certain conditions need to exist for a frost to occur. Does anyone know if this occurred in the Poolville/Peaster area tonight? If so, how and when will you know if your vegetable garden was affected?

Most warm season veggies, flowers, and herbs can't stand many hours of temps below 40 degrees F. They need protection overnight. I use large cups, buckets, cloths, blankets, or sheets of newspapers.

Cool season crops can handle temps in the 30's to 40's usually with no problems.
