I would like to know if anyone knows how and if it is possible to hook up foilar feed to an automated sprinkler system. I have over an acre of property and beds and cannot do it by hand any longer. :?:

The answer is yes but it is not a simple task. The process is called fertigation, fertilizing while irrigating. Do a search under fertigation for detailed info, if you add the word Texas it will keep you from getting information from colder climates which use different systems.

I have 3/4 acre in no-till raised beds. I foliar/soil drench my entire garden with my homemade aerated teas, using only a 5 gallon bucket to carry the stuff all over my garden or lawn, and a narrow plastic drink bottle to sprinkle it all over my plants or grass. This works great and it's fast! You do the same thing with a two-wheel garden cart and a cup.

You can do the hose end sprayer technique too. Put your tea in the hose sprayer container. You can add extra dry molasses to the mix or on the lawn for extra microbial action. The only draeback to this method, is that you will be using chlorinated faucet water, which will harm or kill many of your aerobic microbes in the tea before they have a chance to grow in the lawn soil.
