young dogwood, about 2 years old, has new growth leaves that are curling. No sign of insects or anything on the leaves. Does anyone have any ideas about what may be causing it? I believe that the tree is getting plenty of water without overwatering.

Hi Robin,
There are many things that can go wrong with dogwood, especially if you are referring to the native Cornus florida. Take a look at this site to see if you can id the problem.

Hope this helps,
Newt
