Will someone out there please help identify what this weed is and how to treat it? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

It sure looks like crab grass to me. I'd say mow short & often, water if it doesn't rain, repeat, repeat! If you look on the home page, you'll find HG's crabgrass bit of wisdom in alphabetical order...

It does look like crabgrass. Try the new Crabgrass Killer product and let us know how it works for you. I've had good results on this weed and some broadleaf weeds. It did not work on nutsedge.
