Smelley's dairy in Aledo sells composted cow manure. You can take your own truck and fill up the bed for twenty dollars, or you can have it delivered for a good price too, but I don't remember how much it is.

Silver Creek Compost and Recycling has some awesome compost. Different kinds including manure based. It is on the west side of Ft.Worth off of Silver Creek Rd. (outside 820 loop ~1 mile north of I-30). I was very impressed with their product and am going back for more tomorrow. The price was ~$28 for 1 cu/yd.
