We have a new cedar wooden fence that is approximately 8 feet tall. It is mostly in the shade. Can we plant a climbing evergreen vine that will cover the fence but also not attract mosquitos?

Confedrate jasmine is hard to beat. It is one of the few vines that flowers in shady situations and has a wonderful fragrance. Severe winters will kill it back.
