I planted a Lacey Oak last summer in my front yard in typical North Texas black clay soil. Now it has leaves with normal colored veins but the rest of the leaf surface is turning a lighter color. I have several other Lacey Oaks in similar soil in the yard but they are looking good. Could I have one spot where the soil is not as good as most of the other places? Any thoughts?
