I don't know the exact details and I probably won't even make it this year.

I enjoyed competing last year but this year it is a bit of a trip to get there.

try checking the Texas Chapter of the ISA site

It is very entertaining. You should go if you get the chance

Yes treefreak, that would be a long trip to Ft Worth from Germany. Are you stationed, in the service over there? Where, in Ft Worth, was it held last year?

Last year it was moved to Dallas because the mayor agreed to climb a tree and make an appearance.

It was a park that was very central.

I just moved to Germany in January to climb big trees, learn more about arboriculture, and improve my German.

I was really hoping to make it to Texas but I think I will wait until I have more time than just a week.
