In this phase of the training we will cover how to match mentors with mentees. After screening and training have been completed, the matching process will look at the key factors to consider to make a successful match. From there the supervision or coaching process starts. We will focus on the fundamentals of keeping a mentoring relationship safe and on track for long-term matches.
